To request technical support you should click on the support link next to the licenses key on the plugin settings page. Alternatively, log in to your account on our plugin store, find the corresponding order, click on License manage, and then Support next to your domain name.

Fill in the support request Subject and Message and submit it.

If your license is still active, we’ll reply as soon as possible.

We do not provide free support for the free version of the plugin.

You can report any security vulnerabilities found in the source code of this plugin through the Patchstack Vulnerability Disclosure Program. The Patchstack team will assist you with verification, CVE assignment and take care of notifying us.
