The following plugin options are translated if you’re using WPML:
- Email subject, heading and body for all document types
After setting up these texts on the plugin settings screen, in your default language, you should go to WPML > String Translation, find each string and translate it to the additional languages.
Or you can just click the Translate button next to the field, after you save the options:
